Poll results, looking for exchange mods, other stuff
So thanks to everyone who gave feedback in the last entry! So now that I've gotton some poll results I've made some decisions about the monster art exchange.

First of all, it will be moved to monster_xchange. I believe this will make things easier for everybody, and I'll have it up and running by Dec. 28th. The application will be moderated. If you have already been accepted here, you do not have to apply again. If you were denied in the past, feel free to app again. To make things more active, the exchange will be monthly. I STILL NEED MOD VOLUNTEERS. (Korth if you're sure you'd be up to it/ still interested comment plz)

Details on how the exchange is run (stuff like blacklisting, adopting, deadlines, etc) will be discussed between me and any other moderators.

And I still have a question that I will ask in POLL FORM because that's easy for everyone. But feel free to make comments :O

Would refined sketches be acceptable in the exchange, or should it be finished work only?

refined sketches as a bare minimum requirement are okay (would be for people who want to participate/short on time)
9(50.0%)
Finished work only
9(50.0%)

I'm sure all of you can tell the difference between a refined sketch and a finished piece of work, yes? If you're confused I would consider a refined sketch to be fairly neat with few gestural lines (obv. some would be okay to indicate movement/whatever), some shading/indication of shading, maybe some flat color at the very least. Those of you who know of anthrosketchxch Should know what I'm talking about. This way if people had the time to finish it, they could but if they're busy they can still participate without over loading themselves.

However, this is totally up to you guys, because I know some people sign up for exchanges just because "omfg, free art" and just throw in a doodle for their half (which is another reason apps. are moderated, helps control this) which is unfair. Requiring "finished" art might make people feel the exchange was more "equal" and ensure no one felt cheated. But on the flip side of that, it puts more pressure on participants and may lower the turnout rate.

SO YES, VOTE IN DA POLL, COMMENT WITH YOUR ONIONS-er, opinions.

Wow, that was a lot of rambling... so as a peace offering

Some kind of Pitbull-lion-tentacle-medusa-beast. From a comic idea I have.

Sleal. Big fat rubbery floppy snake monster who eats everything in sight.
